Shock City revamps roster for Spring 2026
Feb 1, 2026
Shock City FC has announced a significant revamp of its Division 1 roster, a move driven by both ambition and evolution within the club. After narrowly missing the playoffs last season, leadership made it clear that maintaining the status quo was not an option. The restructuring comes as Shock City prepares to launch a second team that will compete in the Premier Division, marking a major milestone in the club’s growth. With expansion comes opportunity — but also the need to strategically reallocate talent and build depth across two competitive squads. Complicating the offseason were the departures of several key players who moved on to pursue new opportunities. Rather than viewing those exits as setbacks, the club embraced the challenge, using it as a catalyst to reshape the Division 1 squad with fresh energy, hunger, and tactical balance.
Former Reserves now the keys to succes
Feb 16, 2026
As preseason builds momentum, Shock City FC is leaning on three former reserve players poised to impact its Division 1 squad — Simon Osorio (CDM), Jason Perez (CB), and Michael Daniels (GK). Osorio is expected to anchor the midfield with disciplined positioning and strong ball-winning ability. His composure and intensity in early sessions have stood out as he organizes play in the center of the pitch. Perez brings stability to the back line. A vocal leader and confident in challenges, the center back brings much needed experience to the young defense. In goal, Daniels is pushing to claim the starting role. His shot-stopping instincts and command of the box have impressed coaches, giving the team confidence defensively. With Division 1 competition approaching, these former reserves are embracing larger roles and look ready to help drive Shock City’s success this season.
